Welcome to The Curious Cup. By visiting our location, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Curious Cup operates as a play café and community space at 1 West Main Street, Suite 5, Buford, GA 30518. Access to play areas requires a valid membership or purchased session. The café, bar, and common areas are open to all guests during regular business hours.
Play sessions take place in our Creative Village and are facilitated by trained play attendants. Our play attendants are present to interact with, engage, and support children during sessions — they are not licensed childcare providers and do not assume responsibility for children in the space.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times. Adults must remain on the premises during their child’s session. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.
Please do not bring children to the space if they are experiencing fever, vomiting, or symptoms of a contagious illness. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if a health concern is identified. We maintain sanitization protocols aligned with Georgia Department of Public Health guidelines.
The Curious Cup holds a [LICENSE TYPE] liquor license. Alcohol is served only in designated areas to guests 21 and older with valid ID. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Use of all play areas and equipment is at the participant’s own risk. The Curious Cup is not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage arising from ordinary use of the space, except in cases of our proven negligence.
When photographing in the space, please be mindful of other families and avoid capturing other guests’ children without their consent. The Curious Cup may photograph or film within the space for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in our materials, please let a team member know.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Hall County, Georgia.
